Pneumatic/electronic level transmitters with torque bar or tube
Unlike the pneumatic only version, this type of transmitter can measure and control the level of material in the tanks in which they are used. Available in different configurations (depending on type of mounting) and materials (depending on application), the two different types of transmitter have the same mechanical part in common.
It consists of a torque bar or tube with displacer mounted on it that is connected to a pneumatic part (with an inlet pressure of 20 psi and capable of regulating a signal from 3 to 15 psi) or an electronic part (powered with 24Vdc and capable of regulating an electric signal from 4 to 20 mA).

The air filter regulator operates on the principle of force balance between a spring with a manually pre-determined load and the contrast action exerted on the same spring by a diaphragm under air pressure.
