These products represent a real technical and economical innovation in instrumental analysis management. Large root valves, shut-off and safety valves, drain and sampling utilities have been replaced by one single block, thus reducing costs and dimensions. Monoflanges can be manufactured using traditional materials (AISI 316L, carbon steel) or special materials (MONEL, HASTELLOY, INCONEL) if requested.

Designed to replace conventional multiple-valve installations, this range of products represents a considerable improvement in the operational safety field (by reducing the number of connections and possible leakages) and a huge saving in installation costs.
This special range of "manifolds" consisting of a single piece and available in a number of different versions is a highly flexibile solution that can meet a wide variety of customer requirements.
They are available in single and/or double flange configurations with an inner diameter of 10 mm and can be
manufactured in different materials such as: A105 – LF2 – F316 – Duplex – Superduplex – Monel – Hastelloy – Incoloy 625.

Designed to detect and measure all modifications in flow, level, static and differential pressure . Conceived to be used in a variety of fields, the highly innovative technology used to manufacture them makes them a very successful product for SAMI especially in the chemical and petrochemical fields, thermoelectric power plants and naval propulsion. They are forged in AISI 316L and zinc-plated carbon steel.
The internal diaphragms are made of AISI 316 (as standard) or special materials such as Hastelloy C and Monel for use in critical environments. Seals are made of Teflon or Viton and the main part of the product is made of Elgiloy®.
